Bersemangatlah Mengajar!

Bukan nak kata malas, tapi semangat tu tiba2 lemah dan tak cukup zat besi + kalsium. Hehe... bukan dah boring...Keinginan mengajar dengan begitu berdedikasi ditambah dengan suasana seronok dan dilingkungi murid-murid yang 'excited' giler nak belajar slalu jer bermain-main dalam kepala nih...Kiranya impian semua guru la camni. Saper taknak ngajar dalam suasana cenggini... Ho3x.

'Aii' sedang menganalisis "Why?" and "Because" sindrom penurunan semangat ini terjadi. Kadang2x, 'terover dose' semangat 'aii' mengajar sampai riuh rendah kelas. Kadang2, buka laptop jer kalau time 'down', ngajar guna power point (which is already made the pupils went 'liar') hehehe~... walaupun budak memang 'excited' hanya dengan memasang laptop, tapi itu ternyata tak cukup dan tak lengkap jika persiapan rapi tidak dilakukan untuk P&P.

Beberapa perkara yang 'aii' telah kenal pasti sedari dulu... (since last year). Sudah ada "Why?" dan "Because" plus "Solution" lagi tapi kejap jer tu. Sket lagi balik semula ke asal... Terpaksa la mengumpul kembali 'semangat' yang hilang... :D.

Dulu: 'Aii' realized that when I didn't have enough ABM or no ABM, I'll get demotivate to teach... still can teach but not as good as when u are all prepared and got lots of stuffs to use in class especially when u are teaching SPECIAL KIDS with SPECIAL NEEDS and SPECIAL ATTITUDES. My solutions were to create my own ABM...simple2 ABM to be used but it turned out to be = I can't be making my own ABMs all the time because teachers nowadays are not only serving kids but they also serving school (part time job) and its administration. My PPKI programme had lack of ABMs and the only things we have is CHARTs and some dysfunctional toys and gadgets.

Dulu jugak: For me, teaching SPECIAL KIDS need lots of enthusiasms and preparations...and when ME is given other unrelated tasks other than teaching eg: school matters etc, where 'aii' need to focus and squeeze off my energy physically and mentally... 'aii' realized that 'aii'll become exhausted (semua penat kalau tenaga banyak ilang kan...hehehe...aperla.. :D)and we're talking about teaching special kids here... They need 200/300% attention from the teacher. It's not as easy as teaching normal kids where u can use chalk and talk method for the rest of the day (although it is not recommended nowadays...hehe). And some shallow minded persons who some of them are 'highly' educated among us teachers had stated that "Oh, u don't need to fully focus on teaching them (the specials'). They won't get what u teach anyway..." OR "Alah... Pupils from Pendidikan Khas will never get to seat for BIG exams... u can skip classes and do your unrelated tasks.". Finally, when u have finish your extra tasks, when u have no more tasks to do, when u can enter your class and teach, u (ekceli it's 'aii') suddenly feel exhausted with no mood and demotivate though u really want to teach.

Sikalang...: Still facing the same problems... but 'aii' get to manage it (kononnya sebab dah berpengalaman la konon walaupun baru setahun lebih ngajar) by preparing lots of worksheets, lots of entertaining videos and some games and toys such as jigsaws, quizzes and others. Seeing the pupils happy makes me feel the same way too.

So, apa lagi! Kepada 'aii' yang diamanahkan dan ditakdirkan mendidik, NAIKKAN SEMANGAT tu! Bak kata sorang cikgu yg paling kurang rambut kt pendidikan khas ni, MENGAJAR tu core business kita! Yang lain tu tak payah beria sangat! :D.

p/s: Sekarang Program Pendidikan Khas SKSU ni dah maken aktif dan inovatif. 'Aii' tak sabar2 tunggu ABM2 yang dorang dah order utk ngajar. Bestnya kalau dapat guna items baru. Barulah naik semangat sket!!!!!!! Yay!
